A double room was wonderful and beautiful had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was unbeatable and handy, in the rainforest, and the view was particularly nice, too. And we were very close to the jungle and the center of Ubud and the big supermarket.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel, close enough to the center of Ubud for convenience but still quiet and relaxing. Plus, the hotel offers scooter rentals, perfect for exploring the area. And there's even a water fountain where you can fill up your water bottles.
Felt incredibly pampered, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay feel very welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable - the bed and pillows were particularly great! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, made fresh to order.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult for us to do our makeup. some of the staff were a bit too chatty, asking a lot of questions which could be a bit overwhelming at times.

We enjoyed a healthy breakfast each morning, and the staff was helpful and courteous. the hotel provided a nice, peaceful ambience with a lovely creek flowing through the property.
We encountered some ventilation issues with the bathroom and occasionally experienced smoke coming in from the burning off of nearby properties.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with freshly made dishes and plenty of choices. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the staff were always willing to help and provide directions.
The hotel lacked a bugscreen in the bathroom for the vents, which allowed insects and critters to enter. the location was a bit far from the city center and required transportation to get there.
